Returns & Personalised Sticker Policy

At Angus & Izzy, many of our products are made specifically for you. Please read the policy below carefully before placing an order or approving artwork.
1. Personalised Stickers – Made to Order
All personalised stickers are custom-designed and printed specifically for each customer. For this reason:

Personalised stickers are non-returnable and non-refundable once artwork has been approved and sent to print.

These items cannot be resold or reused.
Proof Approval & Printing Policy
Before printing, a digital proof is emailed to you for approval.
This proof is your final opportunity to check:

Spelling and wording
-
Names, dates, and numbers
-
Layout, sizing, and positioning
-
Colours and overall design
Once you approve the proof:

The design is considered final
-
Printing will proceed exactly as approved
-
Angus & Izzy cannot be held responsible for errors on approved proofs
-
Reprints and courier costs resulting from approved errors will be for the customer’s account
Important:
If no response is received after reasonable follow-up, approval may be assumed in order to meet production timelines.
2. Non-Personalised Products (Including Lizzard Products)
We also supply a range of non-personalised products, including items from our supplier Lizzard.
Incorrect Orders / Change of Mind
If you have ordered the incorrect item or wish to return a non-personalised product:

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

Courier fees for both the return and re-delivery are payable by the customer

Refunds or exchanges will only be processed once the item has been received and inspected
This policy aligns with our supplier (Lizzard) terms.
3. Faulty or Incorrect Items (Our Error)
If Angus & Izzy makes a mistake, or if a product is received faulty or incorrect:

We will replace or correct the item at no cost to you

This includes printing errors, incorrect products supplied, or manufacturing defects
-
All replacement and courier costs will be covered by Angus & Izzy
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the issue.
4. Colour & Print Variations

Printed colours may vary slightly from on-screen proofs due to screen calibration and printing processes
-
Minor colour variation is not considered a fault and does not qualify for a reprint

If you are unsure about your design, product selection, or proof, please ask before approving. We are always happy to help you double-check details to avoid unnecessary costs or delays.
